Transfield listed its operations and maintenance division – Transfield Services (TSE) – in 2001 on the Australian Stock Exchange.
As of August 2014 Transfield Services had more than 24,000 employees across 18 industries and 11 countries.
On 10 September 2014, Transfield Holdings sold its holding in Transfield Services.
In 2015 the company changed its name to Broadspectrum.
